Cancellations:
I require 48 hours notice of cancellation. Failure to give 48 hours notice will result in forfeiting your deposit and paying for 50%-100% of the missed appt. before rescheduling.
Deposits:
A $50-$100 deposit is required when reserving a color/lightening/keratin treatment service. A $150 deposit is required when reserving a color correction/transformational service. The deposit will go towards the service and can be paid via Venmo.
Guests
Space in my studio is limited, therefore, I ask that you do not bring company with you to your appointment. Guests will have to wait in the common area outside of the studio.
No Children or Dogs
Please make proper arrangements before your appointment. Clients arriving with children will be asked to reschedule and charged a cancellation fee.
Late Arrivals
To ensure timely service to each of my guests, we may need to abbreviate or reschedule your reservation if you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time.
Payments
I accept cash, checks, Venmo, Zelle, and Credit Cards. There is a 2.6% processing fee when using a credit card and a 1.9% processing fee when using Venmo. All deposits must be paid via Venmo.
