Appointments & Cancellations
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide 48 hours notice. Appointments changed with less than 48 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee of 50-100% the scheduled service.
Deposits
A $50-$100 reservation deposit is required for a color, lightening, and keratin services.
A $150 deposit is required for corrective or transformational color services.
Deposits are applied toward your final service.
Studio Guests
To maintain a calm, relaxing environment for each guest, appointments are reserved for the scheduled client only. Additional guests are welcome to wait in the building's common area.
Children & Pets
For safety and comfort, children and pets are not permitted in the studio during appointments.
Children may not be left unattended in the building's common areas. Appointments with children present will need to be rescheduled and may be subject to the cancellation policy.
Late Arrivals
To ensure timely service to each of my guests, we may need to abbreviate or reschedule your reservation if you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time.
Payments
Cash, check, Venmo, Zelle and credit cards are accepted.
A 3% processing fee applies to all credit card payments.
Certain Venmo transactions include a 1.9% + $0.10 processing fee.
All deposits are paid via Venmo.
